From a Tiny Balcony to a Greenhouse

It began with a single monstera on an apartment balcony, kept alive by someone with a knack for making things grow in the most unlikely places. One plant became a windowsill, the windowsill became a room, and before long the room had outgrown the apartment altogether. What started as a private obsession turned into a mission we still work to: make rare tropical plants — and the knowledge it takes to keep them alive — available to anyone who wants them, not only to those lucky enough to live near a specialist nursery.

Today that obsession fills a greenhouse. We work with small, sustainable growers who share our view that a plant worth owning is one that was raised properly, and every plant we take in is inspected and given time to acclimatise before it ever appears in our catalog.
